| I'm slightly hesitant to share this, but when my eldest daughter was younger, I used to think she spent way too much time in her own head and would teasingly urge her to come back down to Earth with the rest of us. But as the saying goes (albeit oppositely): Like daughter like mother! For some reason (maybe belated payback?), I've found myself drifting off to La La Land more times than I care to admit! But I have to confess: It's a ton of fun. And now I know why she was always cocking her head to the side and zoning out! |
